How to find the area of a circle

A = πr²

Where:
A — area of circle
r — radius of circle
π — the number π (mathematical constant, 3.1415926535898)

You need to multiply the π value by the radius (r) in square. For example, if r is 2 do the following;

• A = π × 2²
• A = π × 4
• A = 3.1415926535898 × 4
• A = 12.566370614359
